Catering Services

The Funerals at Sea network of yachts are owned and operated by very compassionate and genuinely accommodating people. We understand that for some, food more than nourishes the body. But it also brings families and friends together to nourish our souls and connections. Everyone handles their grieving process differently. Some may not have an appetite when they’re dealing with personal stresses, and others have increased appetites.

We’re here to do our best to accommodate as much of your family’s needs as possible. Some of our charter providers are very familiar with local quality take-out restaurants, full-service caterers, and even private chefs. If you’d like to add a private chef or catering to your burial at sea or Celebration of Life service, please feel free to request a consultation with us and we’ll be happy to discuss your options.

Bus or Limo Transportation

Sometimes we know we need to be somewhere, but we don’t want to worry about how we’re going to get there. Especially, if you’re not familiar with the area. Sometimes we plan an event where we need to have all of our friends and family in the same place at the same time, and we don’t want to worry if everyone is familiar with the routes, parking, etc. And sometimes, you’re simply not in the mood to deal with traffic.

Whether you’re attending an ash scattering, full body burial at sea, or a Celebration of Life, you may not want to drive yourselves to the marina. You may want to have some food and beverages on board and assure you and your family don’t have to worry about enjoying a few cocktails and then driving home.

Let Funerals at Sea take those worries away and take care of you and your family’s means of getting where you need to be safely. For groups of six or more, we can arrange limo or limo bus transportation to the marina from anywhere in San Diego County. When filling out our inquiry form or consulting with our booking agent, be sure to ask for a quote for transportation. We will simply need to have an address of origin for an accurate quote.
